Hello!

My name is Mikaela Mathews and I'm a self-taught graphic designer, lover of the written word and believer in the power of handmade + social good. I blog about adventures in my small stationery business and life.

My husband and I live in Dallas, TX with our two furry, four-legged children - Mishka and Lulu.

Who's Tabitha? 

Not much is known about Tabitha. What we do know is recorded in Acts 9 in the Bible. She was an ancient Middle Eastern seamstress who sewed clothing for the poor widows in her community. She used her creativity to give others hope, freedom and dignity. And, she's inspired me to do the same.

A portion of the purchase price is donated to a nonprofit working with women in third world countries to either start their own businesses or sharpen skills for employment.
